REED is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive on behalf of a reputable travel company in Uxbridge. This is an important role within the business as you would be responsible for supporting the Customer Service department to ensure an excellent service is provided to customers.

Responsibilities include;
• Answering inbound calls
• Responding to email enquires
• Handling client escalations
• Problem solving and striving to resolve issues at first point of contact
• Providing updates, and escalating issues where appropriate
• Liaising with internal departments
• Maintaining a full understanding of company processes, policies, product terms and conditions and contractual obligations

Travel industry experience is necessary along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
