My client are a market-leading global standards agency, specialising in brand and consumer protection.
Based a few minutes walk from London Fenchurch Street, Monument or Tower Hill stations, this role is spectacular opportunity for a customer service minded individual who is looking to kick start their career.
Day to day, you will be responsible for :
- Data entry and reconciliation
- Provide customer support for web/digital products via phone and email
- Liaise with external 3rd parties and certification bodies as directed by the Head of Digital Services
- Manage daily inquiries via email and phone in accordance with agreed service level agreements
- Identify and issue sales invoices
- Monitoring and updating the website as required, informing the Head of Digital Services of any service bugs and issues
- Generate and provide regular statistical reports
- Provide full administrative support as required to the team and across departments including ordering of offices supplies including lunches, booking travel arrangements, photocopying and preparing of documents for meetings
Ideally, the successful candidate will :
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Possess working knowledge of using databases, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Possess professional experience of using databases, CRM platforms & Microsoft Office functions (including formulas and macros)
- Have experience of providing written and verbal customer assistance via various channels
- Be comfortable discussing web and digital product processes & terminologies to inexperienced end users
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to construct own correspondence
- Have a keen attention to detail and a ‘’can do attitude’’
