If yes, I have the role for you:
Working with a successful company locally you will be required to work within a subscription team as a customer service agent. They are looking for candidates to join them on a permanent full time basis to help the running of their organisation.

You will be required to:
• Respond to live chat, email and phone enquiries.
• Read incoming correspondence to ascertain nature of writers' concerns and to determine disposition of correspondence
• Answer all incoming calls professionally within agreed timescales
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route customer contacts to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer enquiries where necessary
• Liaise with Online Games Team & Account Management Team to gain solutions to issues
• Compose acknowledgment correspondence

I am looking for Customer service agents with:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
• Customer service experience
• Good data entry/keyboard skills
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
• Relevant product knowledge

The department will operate 8am to 8pm seven days a week with extended opening hours dictated by match fixtures, therefore a large degree of flexibility regarding working shifts is required.
