My client in Ipswich are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and looking for candidates that are hungry to succeed and immerse themselves in the role from day one and beyond. To build and maintain strong relationships with business introducers.
To work with both introducers and applicants to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Work with customers, introducers, and internal staff to ensure a seamless application process.
Monitor the brokers performance to ensure a steady stream of clients
To attend off-site meetings and events to build and maintain introducer relationships.
You will ideally come from a sales background as you will be confident working towards targets and KPI’s. They are wanting someone that is self-motivated and wants to achieve, progressing to the next levels within the team. You must be a strong communicator both verbally and written, with an eye for detail and an organised approach to your workload. And you must be willing to work alongside a diverse and dynamic team who have lots of energy and enthusiasm.
