Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their office based in The City Centre of Belfast.

This is a full-time temporary position for 3-6 months - with the opportunity of going permanent

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 08.45 am – 17.15 pm

Pay rate - £7.83 p/h

Job Purpose:

You will be providing administrative support and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality and in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Criteria:

• Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard
• Must have previous administration experience
• Working knowledge of IT software such as Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

• To respond to and escalate queries as appropriate
• To input data accurately and in a timely manner into integrated systems
• Daily administrative duties including photocopying, filing, word processing and maintaining records
• To input and provide data and management information relating to all HR service matters
• Ensure all work is carried out to meet SLA’s / KPI’s and shared service centre standards
• To handle calls from the client within specified timescales and to specific quality assurance standards
• To be proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services
• Attend meetings/events as required
