Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work in a small team and your responsibilities will include:
- process purchase ledger invoices
- process supplier payment runs
- manage relationships with suppliers
- reconcile supplier statements
- process and pay employee expenses
- suggest and implement improvements to the purchase ledger function
- assist with credit control
As the ideal applicant, you will demonstrate a solid level of accounting experience developed over recent years.
Ideally you will ave experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environmentYou will be comfortable communicating with staff and customers at all levels, negotiating where necessary, in order to report timely and accurate figures each month.
With a sound understanding of accounting systems and MS Excel, you will be confident in your ability to assimilate quickly into this small and delightful team environment.
