We are the leading mid-sized provider of clinical solutions in a variety of specialty areas and engagement models for biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. We operate out of 47 different countries, have managed over 1800 studies and have just over 4200 staff.

The role as the Accounts Assistant will include various day to day duties within the Accounts Receivable team, including the production and issue of monthly and/or quarterly sales ledger invoices.

This role will be based in our Slough office.


Production and issue of monthly / quarterly invoices to clients
Production and issue of inter-company invoices for rechargeable pass through costs, providing copy receipts as and when required
Provision of client statements and credit control
Dealing with client and project manager queries
Maintenance of invoicing requirements, eg purchase order numbers and client contact details within the accounts system
Various ad hoc duties as necessary within the Accounting Team, including covering holiday or sickness leave.
Help and assist with questions during the annual audit
Any other matters as directed by Line manager


Experience in Accounts Receivable within an Accounts Department, Microsoft GP Dynamics is advantageous
Good understanding of Accounting functions and processes.
Sound working knowledge of business English, both written and spoken
Moderate Excel skills desired
Additional information

This is for maternity leave cover for 14 months commencing August 2017.

The position is 24 hours per week, (3 x 8-hour days) preferably to include Mondays.
