REED Recruitment have the pleasure to work once again with our Client based in West Dublin. We are searching for an Account Manager with IT Sales experience. Please read on for more details.

 

Duties:
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs offering the right solution.
Establish a trusted advisor relationship to achieve and expand customer goals resulting in upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals.
Strong Account Mapping.
Develop proposals and close business with the customer base.
Support the sales process for new business opportunities to acquire new customers.
Provide direction and support to pre-sales consultancy to deliver appropriate product demonstrations and determine the required solution.
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
Make visits to our customers whenever needed.
Maintain CRM updated with all customer information.
Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, planning events and customer communication.

 

Experience
3+ years experience as account manager in the IT industry.
Understand technology and software sales process.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Driven, passionate about sales, and eager to earn significant sales commissions.
Exceptional inside sales experience in a metrics driven, fast-paced sales environment.
A motivated, coachable and competitive go-getter, a resilient achiever driven to win and excel.
An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suit to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts.
