REED Recruitment are delighted to partner with a long standing client of ours. We are recruiting for a Counter Sales position which will provide the right candidate the opportunity to work both in the stores operation and process all internal and internet sales on their system.

* Role is based in Dublin 11

Duties in the role:

• To provide service and sales to our large customer base and sales team.
• To develop relationships with existing customers and attract new customers into our business.
• You will operate in an office environment and at our trade counter
• Customer Support
• Taking orders from customers and assisting with their enquiries.
• Building a relationship with suppliers to give better service to our customers.
• Develop a good working knowledge of our product range
• Understand competitor activities.

Sales Support

• Proactive approach to telesales to generate new business.
• Work closely with the field sales team in order to coordinate the sales effort
• Analyse selected databases to identify opportunities for new business.
• Assist in project work or other administrative work as required.
• Prepare customer quotations.
• Provide customer service to our trade counter.
