IT Recovery Specialist- 6 month temp contract- Full-time 

Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong IT background with excellent communication skills. You would be joining a team responsible for timely and accurate recovery of assets. You would have key responsibilities focused on shipping & receiving, logistics, and ticketing tasks. Your primary focus will be shipping asset recovery kits, tracking shipments, working asset collection cases, and updating asset records. 

Responsibilities:

• Contacting internal and external users for pickup and delivery information
• Assembling collection boxes
• Shipping asset return kits to internal and external users
• Updating asset inventory records and support cases
• Shipping and receiving assets

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience with Support Ticketing Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar software
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written
• Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate initiative
• Ability to work independently
