Job Description

Service Administrator- Dublin 22- Full time, Temp to Perm (permanent before the end of the year)

Our client, a global electronics company, are seeking an experienced service administrator to join their successful team in their Dublin office.

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate the commissioning activities with internal and external partners, including control whether all necessary information is available, cost calculation, and control whether the activity can be authorized for payment.
• Support and coordination of technical centres eg. Collection and distribution of site visit reports, collection of information regarding availability of technical centres, keep track of costs
• Bureaucratic management of the service network and dealer service
•Administer and maintain information and documents related to the technical service department in the relevant tools and platforms.
• Proactively look to take cost out of department / business through efficiency and automation.
• Compliance with company Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
• Partaking of all corporate requirements
• Benchmarking activities
• General administration
• Always keep safety in mind and act in a safe manner and ensure H&S breaches are reported

Skills/Attributes
• Qualification in Business related subject (advantageous but not required)
• Experience with SAP essential
• Experience working in similar role
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple requests simultaneously
• Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work in busy, fast paced environments
• Able to present and communicate information clearly
