The ideal candidate will have:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Previous experience in transaction management;

Working knowledge of banking/property law would be beneficial

Assisted/familiar with due diligence processes and transaction completion activities;

 

The ideal candidate is someone who has:

A high degree of initiative with leadership skills

An ability to multi-task and take ownership of the end to end delivery of a task

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Excellent attention to detail;

The ability to prioritise work effectively;

Desired Skills and Experience:
Relevant 3rd level Degree/Diploma in Law, Business, Finance or a related discipline (may suit foreign qualified lawyer) ;

4+ years previous experience in a legal environment or commensurate experience;

Strong general administration skills with strong word processing skills and experience with document management systems.
