REED Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity with our Client based in Dublin 22. There is a small finance team of 5 people. They currently use Herbst Insight as their accounting package but will be migrating to a new system (hopefully go live in August). The main daily tasks would be as follows:

Contributory pension and benefit scheme on offer

• Weekly and monthly payroll to process with approx. 40 on each payroll.
• Accounts payable circa 200 invoices per month.
• Process all ROM 1 returns
• Stock ordering and reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Overseeing purchase ledger entries on system
• All other reconciliations as required
