Office Administrator- Full-time Permanent- Dublin 8- 27-30k salary
Our client, an accountancy service provider, are seeking a strong office administrator to join their team.

Job requirements:
- Communicate with customers and clients in person, over the phone and via email, displaying a professional and friendly attitude
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Maintain relevant and updated case notes, client profiles, reports etc
- Filing, document production, completing of and digitisation of paperwork
- Create payslips/invoices, purchase orders etc
- Assist team with administration duties as and when required
- Use a range of IT programmes confidently including Word and Excel
Personal requirements:
- Able to work full-time in the office
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn and adaptable
- Team player
- Previous education/experience in an accountancy related field would be advantageous but not essential
