Profile
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their growing Commercial Team. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support in becoming an integral part of this very collegial team.


Salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience.


Duties:
Prepare documentation from digital dictation
• Tracking commercial documentation with amendments and management of various versions of commercial documents
• Assist the team in the creation, preparation and filing of court documentation
• Billing/invoicing
• Taking phone calls from clients, together with timely follow up on client queries, both in person and over the phone
• Dictaphone typing
• File management, including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying, opening files, AML procedures and archiving
• Diary management
• General PA and administrative support as needed


Ideal Candidate:
• A minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Legal Secretary
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook and Keyhouse
• Strong typing skills
• Flexibility and a 'hands on approach' to any given task
• Ability to deliver high quality, accurate work in a timely manner
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Discretion and a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information
• Good organisational skills with experience of managing demanding timetables
