Our client is currently seeking to recruit a full time Legal Secretary to join their Banking & Property Department.

Key responsibilities of this role:

• Provide excellent administrative support to the team
• Audio type, format and produce documents as instructed
• Update and maintain accurate data and manage progress of files through Keyhouse Case Management System.
• Scheduling title deeds and maintenance of files
• Ensure general administrative duties including order management, filing, photocopying and booking couriers
• Invoice management
• Dealing with clients and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and politely;
• Provide other ad hoc requests as and when required

The successful candidate will provide legal secretarial and dictation support, they will need to be highly organized with the ability to initiate plans and structure work; have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload; demonstrate initiative, problem solving and decision-making skills; and have experience of in-house case management systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

It is essential that this person be a team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast moving and deadline driven environment.

The role will require someone with at least 3 years legal Banking & Property Secretarial/Executive experience.

This role will suit an experienced property legal secretary looking to grow and develop in a busy but friendly team.
