Internal Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Kilkenny
Reed is working with a fantastic employer that operates all over Ireland. They are looking to recruit an Internal Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their Finance and HR team. You will be working to ensure their people are paid accurately and on-time with the support of our external payroll team. What's on offer:
WFH - Onsite for first 6 months and then (3 days in office)

The ideal candidate will have:
Completed the IPASS qualification (or almost complete)
A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
Strong analytical and IT skills.
Duties in the role:
- Leading internal payroll operations.
- Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on-time.
- Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validating confirmed reports.
- Ensuring proper taxation of employee benefits.
- Pension administration for all employees.
- Liaising with the external payroll team to develop ad-hoc financial reporting as requested.
- Building high performance relationships with all stakeholders.
- Compensation and benefits management: Group Life Scheme, Medical, Pension, BIK, and Bonus.
- Implementing Compensation & Benefit policies and pay practices.
- Coordinating our benefits structure.
- Preparing annual benefits statements.
- Best practice relationship with all stakeholders.
