HR Administrator (Mat Cover) - Dublin 2
Reed is delighted to be working with our Client, based in Dublin 2. We are searching for a HR Administrator to cover a Mat Cover on a contract of 6 months. Please read below for more details.
HR Admin
- Active involvement in the recruitment process, including liaising with relevant recruiters - draft and place job adverts, collate and screen job applications and issue relevant correspondence
- Setting up interviews
- Preparation of new hire documentation, such as generation of contracts, offer letters and all relevant
- HR documentation and new starter packs.
- Assist with employee on-boarding, completing HR induction with new hires and ensuring all mandatory training is completed.
- Planning and booking training and CPD Courses
- Updating and Maintaining Sage HR Database - Maintain employee database, ensure all files and records are kept up to date and generate new employee files.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required.
Office Admin
- Perform clerical and office duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Organise and maintain files and records (electronically and manually).
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain spreadsheets, data bases, etc. to produce management information that is accurate.
The Candidate:
Strong ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong administrative, organisational, time management and prioritisation abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
A strong working knowledge of Office and HR systems, together with strong PC skills, including core Microsoft packages MS Excel and MS Word.
