HR Administrator

Job Description

HR Administrator- Temporary Full-time (approx. 7 months)- Dublin- 15 euro per hour

Our client are recruiting for an Employee Specialist to join their global business. The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and has experience in HR Operations.

Responsibilities:

* Administer employee data changes
* Process new hires and ensure set up for a successful onboarding experience
* Assist with the involuntary and voluntary separation process
* Oversee manager self-service transactions
* Assist employees with questions regarding their last day of employment
* Manage the global work authorization program including auditing for accuracy and compliance
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
* Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and payroll teams
* Conduct data audits of employee data in Workday
* Provide back-up support to other team members on daily tasks
* Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
* Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Analyze and interpret employee/employment data

Required Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's’ degree required
* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in human resources
* Previous experience with Workday or similar
* Proficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communications
* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
* Must be well organized with keen attention to detail
