Hotel Receptionist- Permanent- Part time- Dublin 16

Our client, a popular 4 star hotel in Dublin 16, is seeking a strong hotel receptionist to join their team. 

Role responsibilities: 

  • Greet guests on arrival in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Handle guest check in procedure
  • Strong product knowledge 
  • Deal with room charges
  • Answer the phone and deal with queries
  • Ensure accounts are set up for functions or syndicates;
  • Work alongside housekeeping with reference to the allocation of rooms
  • Ensure that all floats are maintained to the appropriate levels

The successful candidate will have:

1 years Reception Experience (hotel reception advantageous)
Friendly and professional work attitude
Fluent English essential - written and spoken
Must be available to work variable shifts
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Experience in using Hotsoft would be a distinct advantage

This position will involve shift and weekend work (shifts will be 7am-3.30pm / 3.30pm-11pm)
