 Facilities Administrator- Full time, temporary role with high possibility of becoming permanent- Dublin City Centre

Our client are seeking a facilities administrator to provide a highly professional and efficient Client Reception and Office Management support service for their office in Dublin City Centre. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors to reception with friendly and professional contact 
  • Ensure reception area is kept neat and tidy 
  • Register all visitors 
  • Arrange taxi bookings 
  • Arrange booking of meetings- rooms and catering
  • Sort and distribute mail 
  • Manage cleaning provider and general office conditions 
  • Manage planned maintenance with any contractors
  • Liaise with building management company
  • Create and receipt purchase orders
  • Contribute to First Aid, Security, and Fire safety requirements
  • Perform workstation (DSE) assessments in line with training provided
  • Manage all documents and reporting

Essential criteria

  • 1-2 years experience working in a customer service/admin position in a corporate environment 
  • Irish Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Computer literate and ability to use Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving
  • Work well in a team and on own initiative 
  • Be able to recognise any issues/problems and set about to fix or improve
