Facilites Assistant / Caretaker - Part time

Job Description

Our client based in Dublin 1 are seeking a Facilities Assistant/Caretaker to join their company on a permanent basis. The role is a part time position and is based on site, hours are 7am – 12pm Monday – Friday.

Salary – €19,500 - €29,500 pro rata / €34,000 - €44,000 full time equivalent

Hours – 7am – 12pm daily (25 hours per week)

Annual leave – 31 days

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Fire and security management
  • Key Holder
  • Office requisites – purchase ordering and stock control
  • Furniture and fittings – purchase ordering
  • Car parks – whitelists management
  • Liaise with Facilities Manager and team on general maintenance issues
  • Health & Safety
  • Gardens maintenance – liaise with Gardener
  • Opening, closing of premises daily
  • Moving and Parking Cars
  • Collection of Rubbish and Recycling Materials
  • Organising Collection of Recycling Bins
  • Organising Replenishment of Water Bottles
  • Post – Collection and Delivery
  • Booking Meeting Rooms
  • Ordering Lunches
  • Booking Taxi’s and Couriers
  • Redistribution of Publication Deliveries
  • Welcome Packs for new staff members
  • Front of House Greeter
  • Management of Equipment for Internal and External Meetings
