Our client is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing/Probate Solicitor with five plus years' post qualification experience.

Will consider full time / part time.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of five years' post qualification experience in conveyancing and probate;
Experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing to include title investigation re sales, purchases and re mortgages;
Experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial conveyancing; including commercial leases, purchases and sales.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

Have strong organisational and IT skills;
Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
Be highly motivated with a strong work ethic;
Ability to manage their own busy and varied caseload, and work as part of a team.

Salary commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate. Flexibly in relation to working hours is negotiable.
