Conveyancing Legal Executive

Profile

The successful applicant will report to the Head of Conveyancing and be a key member of the Conveyancing Team with particular emphasis on residential sales and purchases.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Drafting Contracts for Sale;
• Investigating title for Land Registry and Registry of Deeds and raising pre-contract enquiries;
• Liaising with Clients, Solicitors, and other Third Parties;
• Preparing loan documents;
• Calculating and drafting completion statements;
• Assisting in the preparation of transaction completions;
• Stamping Deeds and preparing files for lodgement with the PRAI
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner to enable effective and positive engagement with clients and colleagues;
• Ability to work on one’s own initiative and as a team member is essential.

Experience:
• Previous experience within volume conveyancing/ property (re-)mortgage;
• Ability to manage high volumes in a fast paced environment;
• A keen eye for accuracy with a high level of attention to detail;
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn;
• An ability to prioritise and achieve results under pressure;
• Familiarity with Keyhouse is a distinct advantage, but not essential.
