An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive to join the bustling Banking and Finance team.

The Banking and Finance team has a wealth of experience and a superb reputation within the banking sector for providing a high level of service and expertise on all aspects of lending, restructuring, property and project finance, security due-diligence and refinancing. This is a unique role that offers the right person a lot of autonomy but they will also need to work well as part of a team, actively contributing to the department’s development and continued success. This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years’ experience in property lending and banking matters.

Responsibilities will include running with property sale transactions from inception to completion to include the preparation of Contracts for Sale, Replies to Requisitions on Title, dealing with pre-Contract queries, preparation of completion documentation, dealing with transaction completion matters to include registrations and filings, engagement with clients and colleagues, and other transaction/file administration tasks.
