All interim and contract workers are paid 4.8 weeks holiday per year worked. Once accrued, holiday pay can be claimed at any point, by request via our Temp Zone.

Most of are clients use Reed's innovative OnTime timesheet and payslip management system. This means that you no longer need to fax or post your timesheet to are local office, but can fill in your temporary booking details online.

Reed Think Awards
Reed continually strives to improve the services we offer to our Temporary Workers. 'Reed Think' is an integral part of this as it allows Temporary Workers to submit ideas for improvement directly to our Executive Chairman, James Reed. Cash rewards are available for suggestions as to how we can improve our processes, procedures or services.

Training and Development
You will be entitled to receive free training on the latest software and spreadsheet packages at your local branch. Training at Basic, Intermediate or Advanced level can be undertaken in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Interim and contract workers also receive a 15% discount on the wide range of courses run by Reed Learning.
